At WP Ashish, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our digital products and services. Please read our policy regarding cancellations and refunds carefully.
1. Digital Products
- Due to the nature of digital products (e.g., eBooks, WordPress templates, plugins, guides), all sales are final.
- Refunds will not be provided once the product has been successfully delivered or downloaded.
- If you experience issues with your digital product (e.g., broken links, corrupted files), please contact us at hello@wpashish.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
2. Services
Cancellation of Services
- Customers can request a cancellation of services within 24 hours of payment, provided the work has not started.
- Cancellations after this period will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Refund for Services
- If a service cannot be delivered as agreed upon due to unforeseen circumstances, a partial or full refund may be issued based on the work completed.
- Refund requests must be submitted via email to hello@wpashish.com within 7 days of payment.
3. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
- Payment was made in error.
- The product or service was not delivered as described or is defective.
- Technical issues on our end prevented access to the purchased product or service.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued for the following:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Failure to utilize the product or service.
- Incorrect email address or details provided by the customer during purchase.
5. Refund Process
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
